I have a couple of questions if someone could be so kind to answer for me. I looking to set up shipping by price so $0 to $5.00 would be one price and $5.01 to $9.99 is another price, can this be done? Also wanted to know if you there is a way to setup addition cost per item, so if someone buys item one and then wants 2 but the shipping only scales by .50 cents per item added?
