Problem to put another language

Hello'm from Brazil'm riding my site but gave a problem I added the English language more when I click on the site to switch from Portuguese to English it changes only what it already had type "new, add to cart, cart, etc." thing that already is on the site prestashop.As category names of products and cms does not change anything. Let me make it in English not only some thing.

Hey, of course, you will have to translate categories, products by yourself.

You also can install a third party module which will automatically translate them but I don't recommend that as the translated text sounds stupid.
