Need A Product configuration module, Developer wanted!

My Business:

 

I sell Laptops and Desktops but I want to offer my customers the ability to configure their own Computer system.

 

What I want:

 

Hence, I want someone that can develop a module that can help my future customers configure their own Computer system, ranging from case type, processor type, ram size, HDD size and this has to automatically alter the item amount to help the Customer stay in budget.

 

Please help.
