How to put BlockSpecials to Home Hook ( center web )

i wan to put the BlockSpecials Block, to the center of my shop ( in Hook Home )

y tri by editing the .php file but... nothing

someone can help pls

what did you changed?

I'm also looking to add my products on sale (price drops) on the home center place.
Like now I have the feature product module, I want to use the same layout but I want my products with price drops (promotions) are set in this front page center.
