moNTeZIon
Hi, This is my first post, so greetings to all and here goes my question. I can see that when I insert the parent category to the menú, the behavior is that when hover, shows its child categories, as submenu options. That's great! I don't want to use the first parent category, in my case named HOME. As child category of HOME i have created 1 category: PRODUCTS And as child category of PRODUCTS i have created 1 category: CANDLES So, the order is: HOME > PRODUCTS > CANDLES If i add the top category HOME in the Top Menu, when i hover it shows the submenú, as I said. But if i add the PRODUCTS category, when i hover it doesn't show submenu. In that case i would like to see its child category CANDLES as a submenu. Is there any way to add a Category in the Top Menu and, automatically, shows its child categories as a submenu? I mean, the same behavior when you add the top parent category HOME. Thanks a lot. stanjones0net
Click on Categories. Click a little empty box with a pencil to edit. That is the Home category. Change Home to what every you like.
moNTeZIon
Hi, Thanks for your reply. I noticed that this is the default behavior of Prestashop. If you show a category on the top menú, by default Prestashop shows its Subcategories. So, nothing to do. My problem was a bad relation between parent and child categories, during the CSV import. Awesome Pestashop! [sOLVED]
