customer not receiving new order notification email

hi all,

 

my customer is not receiving new order notification email

and i could not find any option to disable or enable it !

 

yes my SMTP services are fine.

and all other emails are going.

immediate help will be appreciated.

do you think it could be problem in Mail alerts > Action validate orders

 

DO you think that my payment module is not hitting this part,

and hence not generating the email.

 

just wondering !!

 

yes New orders are successfully made,

no problem anywhere else.
