customer not receiving new order notification email

hi all,

 

my customer is not receiving new order notification email

and i could not find any option to disable or enable it !

 

yes my SMTP services are fine.

and all other emails are going.

often overlooked: is there an order_conf.html (and txt) template for the language you are using, in the mails folder?

Language is English 

and yes it has the order_conf.html and text file in the mail folder

do you think it could be problem in Mail alerts > Action validate orders

 

DO you think that my payment module is not hitting this part,

and hence not generating the email.

yes New orders are successfully made,

no problem anywhere else.

Hi there, sorry I didn't follow up.
Indeed, I would try with some debug code on that method. Try echoing a test string and kill the process, so you can see where it fails

Man i solved it

i disabled the option "Enable product image on Invoice"

and guess what !!

its working

that means it was unable to fetch images,

hence unable to generate invoice.

and hence unable to send email !!!!
