How to "disable" the out of stock status for new orders?

Hi,

 

I've recently installed Prestashop 1.6 and i have this situation:

When a client orders a product which has a low quantity in stock, his order get's the status "New order' and then automatically gets the status "Out of stock". 

 

I need a new order to have only the "New order" status assigned automatically.

 

How can i get rid if the "Out of stock" status? (i don't need it assigned automatically to a new order).
