home page not redirected correctly

i'm new user of prestashop i installed 1.6.0.14 everything goes well till i want to see my store

i can't see it under my dns

www.biocos.ma

it says page not redirect correctly eventhough i installed at racine

i can only see the page under this address

http://biocos.ma/index.php?live_configurator_token=3ed969479d3552b6586a7dc2ab7e22d5&id_employee=1&id_shop=1

 

please help

Hello.

 

It seems you have a redirect loop indeed. Check your .htaccess, normally you should not find there any hard written domain url.

 

Also check on your database the tables ps_shop_url and ps_configuration. On ps_shop_url, the field "domain" should be the same as the row "PS_SHOP_DOMAIN" on your ps_configuration table.

 

If you don't see anything wrong, try to rename your .htaccess (to .htaccess_save) to check if it's relevant.
