tomerg3
If the header of the page says error 500 (which I believe it does), than it is a case of permissions. If you set them to 777, try changing it to 755.
DavideTS
sorry, I thought it was a 404 but I was wrong...actually nothing appear on headers. It just show the "connection faild" error. I changed the file attribute to 755 on my-account.php but it doesn`t change..

tomerg3
Looks like you turned SSL on in the backoffice, but you don't have an actual SSL certificate on your site.Try removing it in the backoffice and see how it goes.
DavideTS
yeah, now it works. Thx you for your advice!Anyway, is better to use SSL isn`t it? I have created a Key and certificates on my website server before (private key, CSR and CRT) but it seems that they are not working on PS...do you know how can I use this keys? Do I have to upload Prestashop specific keys? Sorry for a lot of questions and thak you for your help
tomerg3
You need to buy an SSL certificate, and have your host company install it for you.You only really need it if you are processing credit cards on your site, and not using paypal.
