[SOLVED] How to add custom contact form?

Hi there, 

 

I am designing my jewelry business website, and would like to add a custom contact form, with a few drop-down selections that would allow my customers to make requests for custom jewelry. How do I make such a form? Is it best to do this on one of the CMS pages?

Hello,

Well, you can do it by yourself following tutorials ( like this one ) or you can find modules that allow you to do it ( like this one ) I didn't test any of these methods / modules, so it's not advertising, just a quick search and the first occurences I got

 

Edit : Sorry, I didn't notice that you were on prestashop Cloud. Only the module solution will be applicable then.

Contact form you can redesign at /themes/default-bootstrap/contact-form.tpl. Know-how of css and php is implied. Please bear in mind that core files like JS routine you cannot change. Cloud is restricted for smaller adaptations on css only.
