virtualismi
Hello, we are running prestashop 1.6.0.11 with paypal module 3.8.4 We are experiencing this problem: in all orders paid with paypal, after changing the order status to "sent" the BO shows an alert of double payment. The problems is about the BO, as the customer is charged by paypal only once. Thank you for your help, Andrea
ToolMayNARD
He reup this thread just to know if anyone have the same problem and to know if there is a known solution. On the customer side there are no warnings and transactions are ok (no double transactions) Best regards Mauro
admin@gvt
How do I undo the double payment capture? You can't remove payments. I clicked on paid via bank wire, but then changed it to pay via Paypal and now it has an error warning saying double payment? Where is the support from prestashop on this? LightlynX
I am having similar problem too! Yesterday I decided to programm a payment module and I was mostly successful. Everything worked like a charm, until I looked inside the order finally and I have seen that warning. Where is the second payment coming from???? I am adding a transaction number to my orders and my order doesn't have the invoice whereas the other one, not generated by me, has one. Please point me to a point, where I could start searching. I am slowly going crazy because of this
LightlynX
So I got it solved by the way. Right after validating the order I delete the first (I mean [0]) payment entry and then I do as I always did and now there are just payments I really wanted to show up.
