Godaddy Sub domain alias

I have installed the latest version of prestashop into www.vrshopping.net

This is a subdomain alias . The root domain is www.3gmedia.net

When I go to vrshopping.net the store isnt displaying correctly. The styling is being left out.

However when I go through the root domain to the sub domain alias http://www.3gmedia.net/VR/ it works correctly.


How can I rectify this problem. Is it a file permissions problem ?
