PrestaServicePro
Hi everyone. If i understand right, your shop does not save ordering of lise (like ascending or descending). Am i right?
hbee
That's right! I drag the order so that it's correct (and each time i move one, it says "successfuly modified")... but then I check the website, and the sizes appear out of order again. I go back to the settings in prestashop, and what I had moved is back to being out of order.
PrestaServicePro
It is the first time i am facing an issue like that. Need to debug it in your shop. Some configurations do not save in your shop. If it is possible send me admin and FTP access in private.
hbee
Is there any step I can take myself to debug that before providing admin and ftp access?
