Fresh install Prestashop 1.6 (problem with old dabase)

Hi Everyone.

I have had problems with Prestashop since I updated from 1.5 to 1.6

Decided to make a new installation & start over and somehow import all the files & data from my backup.

 

During prestashop installation I'm having problem with the old database.

Prestashop ask me for the database info to connect & give me this error:

 

"At least one table with same prefix was already found, please change your prefix or drop your database"

 

 

I know it is because this database alreasy has the files.

But how can I solve the problem??

 

 

If someone knows a better way to make a fresh install of 1.6 & recover all the info from the backups please, let me know.

I don't really know what I'm doing... any help is very welcome!!
