Cannot log in to back office after new install

I could not fix problems with the website and no one could give me any answers to my inquiries, so I uninstalled PrestaShop to start over.

 

I have reinstalled it in Free Mode twice and I cannot log into the back office. It tells me

 

"The Employee does not exist, or the password provided is incorrect."

 

I have clicked on Lost Password, and it tells me the email address does not exist.

 

I used the same email address I used when I installed it the first time.

 

What am I doing wrong?
