Badly needed a solution to guest checkout, with absolute minimal data entering:

Name

Address

Phone number

Notes

 

Tryed to search for such a module... found one for a 99.99$ and just for 1.5

Is there another way to achieve it? Or mabey someone knows a module to do so?
