Warehouse Quantity does not decrease on new order

i am using advance stock management

whenever a order is received.

the Quantity should be deducted from stock.

But it is not happening.

HELP !!!

What is the status the new order is set to? Make sure it's a "valid" status, in the sense that the order is considered paid.

ok i just found that when i use the Web prestashop, then it decreases the stock (its working)

but when i update the status using Emagicone software and post it, (not working)

then it does not effect the stock. !!!

I don't see other ways but trying to contact the developer, as it's evidently the module's fault

exactly.

i also have a sms module

where customer should get the notification by SMS, whenever there order status is updated.

but the SMS is sent only when i use the web based prestashop (original back office)

and if i use emagicone to update software and post it to web

then the status is updated,

but the SMS is never sent,

that means that it doesnt refresh the status as it should,

it only changes the lable.

whats your take ?

Only if you change status to shipped your stock level will be decreased.

Someone find a way to fix?
