selectshop.at
You are talking about Prestashop Cloud ? Cause on this there is no installbak. It should be a special thing of your hosting package to have a security copy named "installbak".
jusinjacob
The folder is available in my server files as a folder. I am sure it is not from the server side. My question is I am deleting the folder is it affect my shop. In other words, whether this folder is auto created by the Prestashop system. Whether it is required to run the shop. selectshop.at
Are you hosting on Prestashop Cloud or not ? On Prestashop Cloud there is no folder on the FTP called installbak. This could be only a self hosted thing and as the name induces it should be a security copy of native install you can recover in case. You should not delete.
