Problem in top menu block

Hi,

I had customized the top menu block. I have a problem with categories without childrens, they are not getting any class, so the style is not applied correctly.

 

the first category item "Novedades" should be getting the class="sf-with-ul" but it's not, and the the cloud icon is not properly placed. Any ideas how to solve that?

I want to customize my menu bar and make it fixed when user scroll down the web page. I used javascript for this but it is actually not working.Any idea how to resolve this?
