TCPDF ERROR After Check Out Order Confirmation [PLZ HELP]

When i'm adding products or items on my cart & proceed to checkout, after clicking "I confirm my order" button ORDER PLACED PERFECTLY! but page redirect to this page "http://buymebrand.com.bd/module/cashondelivery/validation" and showing this "TCPDF ERROR: [image] Unable to get image: /img/tmp/product_mini_66_0.jpg"
