Cart not working, categories disappeared

Hello everyone! First of all, thanks for your help in advance.

From this morning our Prestashop Cloud Store has shown very weird behavior:

• First, users complained that they could not add items to the cart. The buttons didn't work and the cart itself always showed empty. 
• Then, Products listed in categories have started to disappear
• And finally, every category, both in the back end and in the front end have disappeared
• Now, I can't even add new categories in the back end!

I too have the issue with categories gone missing as of this morning (in the front-end, all back-end seems to be intact)
