domorodecmezilidmi
Hi guys, after longer time of searching on internet I have to say that I really need someone that would be able to amend my PS. 1.customer receives firstly email with bank instruction instead of confirmation of order and I need to be otherwise, firstly order confirmation and then bank instructions 2.I would need function that for specific products I need only cash on delivery but for some products payment in advance via bank wire. I have not found anything about it. The reason here is that for more expensive goods I don´t want to send goods with cash on delivery but I need money in advance to be sure that customer really want to buy it. Thank you Edited May 11, 2015 by domorodecmezilidmi (see edit history)
prestatent
Hi You could charge customers a deposit payment - say 10% - of the full price for the more expensive goods. You could then create a voucher for the customer for the 10% deposit payment which could be used when the customer pays the balance. This would ensure you get money in before ordering the product. To get a deposit payment, set your combination records with a deposit option. For example, if you have a product in blue, you would have 2 combination records for the blue product. One combination would have the full price, and the other would have a reduction of 90%, if you wanted to charge 10% deposit. We created something similar with a mix of deposit and vouchers created automatically and it works quite well.
domorodecmezilidmi
Hi prestatent, thank you really much but I have done one thing. I have bought great module that gives me right to set up higher amount not to be offered for cash but only for bank wire. It works well and this is exactly what I wonted. But your solution is also very interesting :-)
