Product Manufacture list problem. [Need Help]

Hello, 

The product shows in the manufacture list in the back end, but it will not show on the front end. No matter what I do in the front side it displays "0" 

 

I have talked with the developer and he has no idea, and suggested me to try the forum. 

Please help me with this problem
