debbiegeng Posted May 2, 2015 Share Posted May 2, 2015 I'm having an issue with the shipping cost at checkout for paypal(which is my only payment method). It calculates correctly according to my table settings by order price, but when proceeding to "pay with paypal" and connecting to the paypal site the shipping cost has increased by 56 cents. I have no extra handling fees enabled. I contacted paypal and they assured me my settings in selling preferences are correctly configured, that the issue must be in my backend. Any ideas? PascalVG Posted May 2, 2015 Share Posted May 2, 2015 Sounds like some TAX problem or so. Do you use tax in your shop? (Just a lucky Guess: Was the shipping cost 14$?) If tax is not used: - do you have a URL to your shop? - What PS version do you use? - What PayPal version do you use? - Default theme, or custom one? pascal. debbiegeng Posted May 2, 2015 Author Share Posted May 2, 2015 scenterville.com Prestashop v1.6.14 Paypal v1.3.8 I use tax for 1 state only When I did a test purchase on another item the shipping cost stayed correct but then wouldn't add the tax as my test address is for the state that's taxed. Then it would show voucher amount $0 in one scenario but not in another. I hadn't actually added a voucher $$$ amount to transaction, but it's the fact that it showed it one time but not another.
