unable to send email from prestashop

Hi guys, downloading new version of prestashop and while doing some test on sending email, i did not receive any test mail.

Tested from my hotmail / yahoo / gmail as primary contact, none of them received.i tried another self domain email address, now im able to receive the email (During registeration email confirmation as well as manual sending test mail)

Googled for some infor, some says that it is the server problem, while as from the error message im seeing, looks like limiataion from the yahoo/hotmail account problem.

is there any solution for this ? I tried manual smtp address by placing my gmail account and password, it fails stating failure on authentication in which i think it should be the correct data entered.

Talk to your hosting provider and explain the problem. There are server settings that can interfere with php mail
