Do we need to clear even the yellow warnings when validating a module for it to be approved?

 Do we need to clear even the yellow warnings(see the screenshorts) when validating a module for it to be approved?

I am trying to get my module approved for the addons marketplace.But I have the yellow warnings in the prestashop validator?

Is it necessary for me to clear the warnings as well?

Please advice.

my modules have not been rejected for these types of failures.  these warnings are all about code readability, and the only person reading your code is you.
