502 Bad Gateway

Hi,

 

this morning I'm suddenly getting a "502 bad gateway" browser error message when trying to both manage my store, or just load my store.

 

Is this happening to anyone else, or is it just me?

And since I can't manage my store at all, what can I do to fix it?

We have had a disk drive problem on the FR instance today. We identified the problem and our infrastructure team is replacing the faulty disk as quickly as possible. You can follow the status of this incident at http://status.prestashop.com.

The 502 error is in Chrome, when I try in Internet Explorer I get this:

 

Link to database cannot be established: SQLSTATE[08004] [1040] Too many connections

 

So it seems it's a back-end issue

Seems that Prestashop Cloud server is down. I'm facing the same problem on my developer ps-cloud shop. The only thing what we can do, is to wait until Prestashop fix the problem of their PS-Cloud server.
