Adding Text to Account Creation Page

Hello,

 

I would like to know if it is possible to add instructional texts in the Account Creation page.

 

When a customer is interested in creating an account, I would like to provide some instructions before they submit their personal data.

 

I've attached the screenshot of where I would like to add the text in red.

 

I know that I'm supposed to edit the authentication.tpl and insert {l s=''}, but I'm exactly sure where I should be adding this code.
