cart product in quantities not seen the simmboli + (plus) and - (less)

Hi,

In my cart product in quantities not seen the simmboli + (plus) and - (less) to add or reduce the number of pieces of the product in the cart. I see only two small squares above but it does not say anything (I imagine that there must be written + and - )

Are you using a custom template? Could you share your site's url?

no, I'm using a custom template. I'm using the default template: default-bootstrap.

I found a discussion in which I had the same problem and fixed it seems to me, however, I did not understand how to:

Actually none of the fontawesome icons are displaying on your site.

It seems it's not able to load them from the .scss file

.#{$fa-css-prefix}-asterisk:before { content: $fa-var-asterisk; }

As if that variable is not defined. Hard to tell what needs to be done, I'm clueless at this stage

Did you see the following post? in it a user had the same problem and it seems that it has solved. It seems to matter encoding page global.css
