Displaying a CMS "Thank You" page after user submits "contact-form"

Is there a way to display a CMS thank you page after the user submits the contact-form?

 

At the moment the user is presented with a fairly basic message that reads "Your message has been successfully sent to our team" in contact-form.tpl in the default-bootstrap theme.

 

Any help would be appreciated.

Sure you can add cms page to contact form.

After doing that you have to display CMS page in contact-form.tpl after {if isset($confirmation)}
