ablein Posted April 24, 2015 Share Posted April 24, 2015 Hi, I'm using prestashop 1.6.0.14 and I have problem with category order (probably i'm not the only one). Changing products category order - drag&drop - does not work correctly. There is green pop up "update successful", but it doesn't affect order in the shop and when I refresh it in BO it's just like before. I've tried to disable and enable categories in diffrent orders, clearing browser cache, using diffrent browser - nothing works. Any ideas? Any help would be much appreciated! Not able to use " Expand All" to change categories. I am facing the same issue now. i tried many times to change the order of category and i got update successfull, but if refresh the page the order remains to old order. NemoPS Posted December 2, 2016 Share Posted December 2, 2016 Common bug. What you (sadly) have to do is adjust all positions' numbers manually in the database.
