Configure sender of emails

Good day, I need to know how to configure the sender sending emails from my store.

For example, when someone sends a message using the contact form, the administrator gets an email with Sender "[email protected]".

I need this email to the administrator comes from an email account from my store (eg [email protected]).

 

I want to avoid forcing the code, to avoid problems with future updates of prestashop.

I fear there is no way to do it, without using at least overrides THat should be upgrade-proof though
