Imagen principal del Thickbox en una ventana BLANK

Esta va a ser mi primera pregunta en un atasco que tengo en la realizacion de una web,.. cuando pincho en un producto para verlo me aparece una imagen principal y tres miniaturas debajo para poder abrirlas,.. con las de abajo no tengo problema pero la imagen principal se abre en una ventana en blanco que me obliga a utilizar el boton de volver del navegador si quiero ver el resto de imagenes,...

Una imagen vale mas que mil palabras,... podeis verlo aqui.. pinchar en cualquier articulo y despues pinchais en la imagen que aparece mas grande dentro de la galeria,.. (con las miniaturas inferiores no pasa)..

Vale,.. la modifique para ver si me iba bien el modulo de Magiczoom,, ,.. ahora la vuelvo a dejar con el modulo por defecto donde se ve el fallo....

Ya esta modificado con la thickbox que viene por defecto,.. y sigue pasando lo de la ventana en blanco,....

Investigando un poco he visto que no he sido yo solo el que ha tenido el problema..

No se mucho de código,.. ¿puede ser que el problema es que haga referencia a fancybox en lugar de thickbox?, He bajado el archivo que me has dicho y he realizado una búsqueda,.. no hay ninguna palabra que contenga fancybox,... pero si thickbox.

si perdon es thickbox, bueno esto no creo que sea si no lo has tocado, esto solo te dice que si usas uno u otro prueba con el modulo elevatezoom que esta gratis por el foro, https://www.prestashop.com/forums/topic/301884-modulo-elevatezoom-para-prestashop-efectos-de-zoom-y-lupa/, para que funcione tienes que desactivar el jzoom yd ejar el thickbox

mira, debes tener este que lo puedes sacar el theme por defecto

ponlo, aparte tienes un error de javascript con los productos en la misma categoria. deshabilita ese modulo a ver si funciona

Gracias de antemano a vuestra ayuda,... acabo de probar lo que me dices,.. el archivo estaba en el servidor en la carpeta correspondiente,.. pero el peso del archivo era de 0 Bytes. lo he reemplazado con el de otro theme como me has comentado,... pero sigue sin solucionarse.

Como estoy un poco desmoralizado, he pensado lo siguiente,.. no seria mas fácil eliminar el link de la imagen grande? Me refiero a que se muestre la imagen pero no tenga ningun tipo de hiperviculo,.. y hacer esa funcion unicamente con las tres imagenes inferiores...

¿Como podría hacer eso?

edita el product.tpl de tu template, y quita la clase bigpic de las imagenes
