Not See the Text Editor

Hi, Good Afternoon.

Firstly of one thanks so much for your help.

When go to the back office in my Prestashop 1.6 can't edit any descripton or description and short description in the products. I think is problem of text editor because i can't see or edit any text of descriptions in products. Can you help me?

I think issue regarding jquery is not loading properly.

 

For  checking any jquery conflicts, Just see following page.

I'll tried and works nicely with a 2013 version, changed the admin panel and works, but when install can't see the submenus in the main menu in the Admin Page. So for the moment work with 2 panels. But prefer use a normal admin page. Know any answer for that. Thanks so much.
