Allow customer to print their shopping cart prior to purchase?

Hi all,

I searched this issue, but I didn't find anything. If this should be a duplication of efforts, I apologize in advance.

I need a way for my customers to print out their shopping carts prior to purchase, and not delete their cart. Many (almost all) of my customers are local county government agencies (jails) and with the economy the way it is, most if not all of the people ordering items need upper level approval before purchase and a P.O.Number to include with the order.

Does anyone know of a slick looking way for my customers to print their carts out with the total on it? Almost like an invoice after purchase, but before check-out?

We don't include shipping until we bill the customers, so other than product charges their are no other fields to add later.

It would really help a lot of anyone knows a way for me to impliment this.
