Like if it is hotmail.com, use your email/pwd, then smtp.live.com as server and 587 as port. But they change depending on your service, as I said iam using gmail as mail and openshift for publishing the site. i entered the following values Mail domain= my sites url. SMTP server=smtp-relay.mailin.fr SMTP username= prestashop cloud administrator email. kishoreunni Posted April 20, 2015 Author Share Posted April 20, 2015 ok i registered with the sendinblue module. and entered the various settings from there into smtp settings in the back office now no error is shown but when i check the email no message is seen what settings must be made in prestashop back office and sendinblue module for both to sync. please help me.
