Help - Specific Pricing error/bug - showing wrong prices online

When importing via CSV there is only 1 'Discount Amount' field where in fact there are 2 options (incl Tax or excl Tax)

 

When I upload my (Discount Amounts excl Tax) the product pricing is correct when product is added to the cart and on the category/home page, but shows a different amount when in the product page (it adds TAX to the actual discount amount - the product is Excl tax but the discount is getting taken off incl Tax

 

When I upload my (Discount Amounts INCL Tax) the product pricing is incorrect when the product is added to the cart and on the category/home page, but shows the correct amount when in the product page (it takes off the TAX on the discount amount - then taxes the discount again) - so the customer pays more for the item than the price says.

 

I can fix this tho

When in a product, if I go to Prices - Specific Prices it shows the 'Impact' as Tax incl. (default)

If I change this to Tax excl, then everythign works as it should - its the only way I can see after playing around for hours with different option.

Can I change this in the database, to make the 'Impact' be Tax Ex by default?

 

What am I best to do here? Please help, I have customers complaining.

How did you changed the impact to tax excluded? I dont have the option.
