List View on Desktop, Grid View on Mobile (Responsive View)

Hi there,

 

I'm in the process of setting up a PrestaShop and I was wondering for the products page if it is possible to have the products as List View on a Desktop whilst set it so that there is a Grid View on Mobile View? This is because the products look better with more detail on a desktop with larger screen but on a smartphone would look better with just a simple Grid View.

the visitor can choose on the desktop between list and grid view on mobile it is grid view (default template)

Thank you for your prompt response, I mean by default for desktop I wanted list and by default grid for mobile - would that be possible?

With me the default is grid on desktop, I don't know were this is set, so I think this is the default and you can't configure it.

Maybe you can change this in product_list.tpl

for mobile it is only grid, so it's the way you want.

to me a strange thing happens. by moving the site the first time that the display you see evil (in list mode) then click on grid remains in grid mode.
