tidyboyz
Hello, I am moving a website from a prestashop installation to a standalone static asp.net website (reasons not important). Currently the prestashop install (version 1.4.7.0) is hosted on a windows 2008 server running IIS 6.0 The URL rewrite module is installed and has been used to use seo friendly urls on the site. We are moving this site to a new folder structure and extension, .aspx. How do we go about doing this correctly with 301s The site has existed for 6 years, so the google rankings are important. The site is circa 50 pages in size, so not huge if manual effort is required on a per page basis. I cannot do a like-for-like extension change due to folder structure and seo friendly urls generated by prestashop. ANY methods to enable me to point www.domain.com/page1.php?cat=2 to www.domain.com/hello.aspx ??? Many thanks well in advance.
