Pre Oder function

Hello, I may be missing something here as pre orders are everywhere in online stores but I cannot seem to find this option, I would like customers to place the pre order and only pay 10% then 90% when released, how do I go by doing this also is there a module, the ones I see in modules don't look right and look messy, not sure why the add to car button doesn't just say pre order instead

 

so, customer comes on site, pre order available and just says "pre order" on the button instead of add to cart, shows full price with note stating it will charge 10% and the rest on release, order placed at only 10% of that price. Does this exist anywhere? Sounds simple enough

 

Cheers guys for any help, maybe this can be done without a module and I'm missing something?

Any ideas, anyone working on one? or is the presta team going to implement something at a later date? I would prefer a module so that I can keep track of all the pre orders
