lassopartyuk
I have just uploaded around 5 products - for example a table cover and that price should be £3.50 which I have inputted when adding the new product however on the home page and main product page it is showing as £4.00 - Why is this? 0 selectshop.at
Prices on Prestashop you should add always net without tax. If your end price with tax is 3.50, so reduce the tax from it when you upload by csv. Prestashop only works with NET prices. If you add the products manually you have the option to add the prices NET (without) or GROSS (with). It depends on the field added the price and Prestashop calculates or the net or the price with tax (but only on manual adding of prices, not valid for import). 0 selectshop.at
You disabled tax to the whole shop ? And also for customer groups ? See tutorials here: http://doc.prestashop.com/display/PS16/Understanding+Local+Settings - TAX and TAX RULES AND http://doc.prestashop.com/display/PS16/Managing+Products Edited April 13, 2015 by selectshop.at (see edit history)
0 lassopartyuk
I was under the impression tax in the UK was 20% but it isn't adding twenty percent on so I don't understand. I have a product price and I don't want them to add tax on automatically hence the No Tax selection - Is there a way round this?
0 selectshop.at
Please read the tutorials I've linked on topic before. You should understand the settings before you make any changes. If your shop is without tax, so you can disable the tax on tax/shop configuration.
