avaness Posted April 11, 2015 Share Posted April 11, 2015 Hi When a product is out of stock, PrestaShop sends an out of stock message informing the customer that the shipment of the order may be delayed. In this mail there are no information about which product are out of stock. Neither can an info be found at the order history in the customers account. Basically, the customer has no chance to find out what product of his order causes the delay. Is there a possibility to inform the customer in a automatic and more detailed way about the stock status of the products of his order?Thanks and best regardsAndré Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
