Why my search fail?

Hi,

Why my website search function fail? I can't search anything from the search bar.

And Somebody can tell me how to add a column on banner? I wanna modify it.

Search seems to work ok:

 

Can you give me a link to a product that has 'shoes' in the name or description or so? Just to see if there really are products available.

 

 

If you're sure you have products with name or description with shoes, maybe reindex the search:

 

Back Office, Preferences -> Search

Choose: Re-build the entire index

 

 

 

And if it's turned OFF, maybe turn ON the 'Indexing', to automatically add new products to the index.
