artificialpixel
Hello all, The main image shown on this page is incorrect: http://www.hoffners.com/american-tactical-apparel/154-battle-shorts.html The correct image should be the first one listed in the thumbnail image list. The gun and holster image does not show in the image list in the product admin. I've tried selecting another main image, but it does not work. Uploading a new image works ok and shows the image in the image list, but it won't use it as main image. Clearing the cache does not work. Regenerating Product images does not work. About a month or so ago we had upgraded Prestashop from v1.6.0.9 to 1.6.0.13 It appears that Prestashop does not reference images in the DB. Is it that it's an incorrect referencing in the files and folder names in the IMG folder? I've run out of ideas. Does anyone have any clues or ideas of places to look through? We are about to run a sale on this item really soon and we would like to have it working. Any help and insight would be much appreciated! Thank you! artificialpixel
safa, thank you for your reply! Sorry about the late response. I have a lot of work going on. =o Ok, I had found the reference to the image. It was attached to another image from another product. So I deleted the image from the referenced product in BO, and then the image switched to the 2nd image from that referenced product. This was really weird. So I deleted all the images from that referenced product, and once that was done, the problem was fixed! The item now uses the correct image! Thank you so much for your help!! Take care!
