How to get other store link

Hi,

I set up the multistore/multishop on my site. I just need to know that how can i get my other store link.

 

for example:

 

www.mystore.com/us

www.mystore.com/pk

 

I want to create a link on my first store of the second store but i don't know how to get the link.

something like : Context::getContext()->shop->url
