kukaraditya
Hi I tried upgrading my prestashop version 1.6.0.9 to 1.6.0.14 using 1-Cick Upgrade I am using these settings > Channel = Local directory Backup files & DB = NO (taken mannually) Backup images = NO (taken mannually) Server performance = Low Disable non-native modules = YES Upgrade and switch to the default theme of the new version = YESUpgrade the default e-mails = NO Now when I press - Upgrade prestashop Now It shows some files as being copied but fails by showing following error - Error during database upgrade. You may need to restore your database. /install/upgrade/php directory is missing in archive or directory. I have checked my folder and PHP directory exisits under the mentioned path. It has 777 write access too. And eventually, after the finish, my admin panel crashes which stops showing the mouseover menu on the left hand menus. And my version is still 1.6.0.9 . Though I have solved my admin issue by reuploading the js folder outside the admin folder. BUT main issue of upgrading from 1.6.0.9 to 1.6.0.14 still exisits ? ANY HELP would be appreciated. El Patron
tip: using phpmyadmin find three tables 'something'_connections. you can export them for back up, then using phpmyadmin, 'empty' the tables. then retry you upgrade. why? because they can get rather large, and cause issue for some upgrades on slow servers.
