I duplicated contact-form.tpl to contact-form2.tpl. In controllers i duplicated ContactController.php and renamed to contact2Controller.php (with edit to link to contact-form2.tpl and $php_self='contact2'.. But it doesn't work.. PascalVG Posted April 7, 2015 Share Posted April 7, 2015 Hi mhaken, welcome to the forum. I think you also need to modify modules/blockcms module. For example in module/blockcms/blockcms.php you should add a link to the new contact2 form, so that it is shown in the footer etc. (i.e. the user needs to have a way to choose the contact 2 form).
