Making complex discount rules

Hi, i have a question about trying to add some discount rules to my shop.

 

The main idea is:

 

Imagine that i sell shirts in my shop, each shirt have a color atribute, wich i wanna apply a discount based in the color: -5% in red shirts -10% in yellow ones -15% in green etc...

It should also fulfill the customer to buy at least two shirts to apply the discount (regardless of color).

 

Example:

1. If the customer buy just ONE shirt (it doesn't matter in what color), it won't be applied any discount.
2. If the customer buys one or more shirts of one color is applied to the corresponding discount color, ie if you buy 2 red would apply just 5%.
3. If the customer wants a red shirt and a yellow would apply 5% to red and 10% to yellow (As long as the customer have at least two shirts in the cart of any color).

basically i know how to create discounts until the 2nd point, but i dunno how to make it the 3rd part. Im not sure if it is possible to do something with the basic prestashop config or if i just need any external plugin for that.

Anyways i would be grateful if somebody could help me.
