stevell Posted April 6, 2015 Share Posted April 6, 2015 Hi Customer follow-up v1.6.6 - by PrestaShop is set to send out emails for cancelled carts. There are two issues with the module, 1) If a customer with a cart completes the sale then cart still remains but it is empty and Customer follow-up still sends them a reminder and discount for the empty cart. I get emails from customers asking what it means as the email in nonsensical. 2) There is an error in the module code and it surrounds all the numbers in the statistics section with <b> </b>, See below.
