Forum reorganization

Hi English community,

As you have certainly noticed, I have just reorganized the English forum sections.
I hope they will be efficient.

I ask you to carefully read the different forums' descriptions before choosing the one in which you will post.
At the moment, the messages posted in the bad forum will be moved, but in the near future, they may be deleted.

Don't hesitate to give me your opinion.
